Product Information Checklist
2build have a checklist that they go through with you. This checklist describes in more detail what materials your home will include. You can be as specific as you like with the choices you have in mind.
The PIC is comprehensive document and does require some time to go through it.
You could ask 2build’s representative for a PIC sooner if you plan to visit suppliers and pick out your different options and discuss them at your leisure together.
The purpose of the PIC is to get an accurate costing before you enter into a Building Agreement.
