Pre Building Budget
Once the PIC has been filled out 2build gather prices for every aspect of the build.
By now you would have decided what building plan will best suit you and have made it clear as to what your building budget is, 2build will meet your brief within that range.
A comprehensive Building Agreement is drafted up which can then be given to your lender if you are requiring finance.
It details all the materials and choices you have made and a 7 year builders guarantee.
When finance has been approved then the Building Agreement can be signed and a deposit paid.
