Completion
Completion occurs when the Local Building Authority (council) issue a ‘Code of Compliance Certificate’ which states your house meets all the building requirements.
After the Code of Compliance Certificate has been issued and you have signed a Declaration of Practicle Completion agreeing you are happy with everything you will then be issued a 7 years builders guarantee.
The keys then become yours.
