Building Process Begins
All your hard work has paid off and there is nothing left for you to do but sit out the construction time.
Depending on the complexity of your design 2build will advise you as to how long the working drawings should take. Usually when an engineer is required, it could take a bit longer to get drawings finished.
2build will then submit your house plans to council for a building permit.
Once the building permit has been issued, 2build launch into the build within a couple of weeks. You would have been advised before this time how long the building process will take, and will now be advised of the expected completion date.
