2build is your “one stop design and build solution” for new homes, and also for “additions and renovations”.
2build have their own skilled builders and their own in-house design team and are in the driver’s seat when it comes to making decisions about construction.
2build has had a Leaky Free reputation for over 20 years of building, and enjoy the challenge and will undertake those complex jobs that no-one else wants.
2build has experience in Subdivisions, Townhouses, Speculative Homes, Architecturally Designed Homes, Villa Restorations, Insurance Work and Pre-Purchase House Inspections.
2build also specialise in alternative powered, energy efficient homes.

Paul Roberts, Managing Director
Paul believes that ‘building quality homes for the home owner with individualised designs will maximise their investment for future sale, but more importantly that each home is specifically designed for the site capturing the uniqueness that the site has to offer. Paul has the experience to create the right design for each site. Paul holds a Graduate Certificate in Building management and has been designing and building homes in Northland for 18 years.
Anna-Lisa Roberts
Lisa heads the in-house draughting team, organising working drawings ready for building permits and holds a National Diploma Level 6 in Architectural Technology, and works closely with Paul.
2build strongly believes that maintaining a good building relationship and providing excellent customer service will encourage our clients to build with them again in the future by ensuring that the building techniques used are surpassing the building code guaranteeing the owner a quality built home that has been constructed to give peace of mind for years to come.
